RWA designs 14 million square feet for Duke

Ruark & Wyatt Architects recently reached a milestone as we completed our 30th project for Duke Realty in Atlanta. We’re happy to count Duke among our many satisfied repeat clients. Since 2006 we’ve completed 14 million square feet of projects with Duke’s Atlanta-area team.

Projects include speculative and build-to-suit warehouse/distribution facilities, offices and tenant build-outs for companies such as FedEx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Carter’s, Porsche, Floor & Decor, Kuehne + Nagel, Maxxis Tire and HH Gregg.
