Multi-faceted project for for a national manufacturer of aluminum glazed storefront and curtain wall systems. The project included three major components. Complete a partially constructed 80,768-SF shell structure. Convert the building to manufacturing use and add 88,158 SF of new manufacturing space including overhead cranes. Design the building and tenant build-out of an additional two-story 10,000-SF office building.
