Convert an existing textile manufacturing building into a new multi-tenant distribution facility. The existing building was constructed over a period of decades, starting in 1957, in more than a dozen different construction phases. The project included extensive measuring of the existing structures and conditions; preparation of demolition and construction documents; and design of new dock locations, entries, and marketing offices.
