Perform architectural and interior design for the North American R&D center—one of five worldwide—for an international manufacturer of high-performance and OEM tires. The facility is used to test and advance the design of tires and rubber compounds. The building includes laboratories for calibration and for mechanical and chemical testing. The building also includes offices and conference facilities.
