Design a corporate headquarters, manufacturing facility, showroom, warehouse and distribution center for IVC US. At the time of construction, the facility housed the world’s largest vinyl flooring manufacturing line.

Ruark & Wyatt provided architectural design and construction administration services for the entire facility, as well as interior design services for portions of the building. The facility is built of tilt-up concrete construction with architectural metal panels and sun screens used to accent the office areas. The project features an array of 42,000 SF of solar panels, 4,000 tons of central plant cooling capacity, and redundant 12-mega-watt electrical service.
