Tenant fit-up of an FDA-inspected washing and distribution facility for IFCO SYSTEMS. IFCO operates a pool of more than 116 million RPCs (Reusable Plastic Containers) globally. These containers are used primarily to transport fresh produce to grocery retailers. The operation was built out in an existing tilt-up concrete office/distribution facility and includes 10,000 SF of offices. The facility is located in the Interstate South development, Building 3.
