This 23,000-SF space serves as the global headquarters and manufacturing facility for Carbice Corporation. Carbice was founded in 2011 to commercialize carbon nanotube-based thermal interface materials (TIMs). Carbice® Nanotube Technology solutions have set the standard for performance, reliability, and low-cost assembly within the world’s most important electronic, energy, and industrial products.
The company moved to its new home along the BeltLine in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood in September of 2022 after outgrowing its incubator space at GTRI (Georgia Tech Research Institute). The facility features 6,000 square feet of corporate offices, including private offices, office hoteling spaces, open workspace, and conference rooms. The public spaces also include break rooms, a lounge, and study cubicles. The 16,000 square feet of manufacturing space includes an R&D lab, production hall, and a gas room to house the production and distribution of high-purity gases for the manufacturing process.
