Ruark & Wyatt designed a 247,000-SF addition to the IVC US vinyl manufacturing facility designed by RWA in 2011. The expansion project included a new production hall, raw and finished goods warehouses, and mixing tower. With the new addition, the expanded IVC plant now exceeds 694,000 SF.
