Stand-alone outparcel retail store for W.W. Grainger, North America’s leading supplier of maintenance, repair, and operating products. The project is built of tilt-up-concrete construction. In October 2008 Grainger became the first industrial distributor to have a LEED-certified facility. Ruark & Wyatt designed five LEED-certified Grainger stores in Louisiana.
